The at home workout

Big fan of home workouts. 30 minutes 3 times a week in your garden or living room or something. None of that HIIT bullshit though, don't want you guys throwing your backs out right away. (HIIT stands for High Activity Interval Training, and if you're just starting out, the High Activity bit is probably a little too much too soon.)

So sit back, relax, and give this one a bash...

Round 1,

Centurion press ups

10 press-ups each minute, for 10 minutes.


2 mins rest


Round 2

Centurion Squats

10 body weight squats each minute, for 10 minutes


2 mins rest


Round 3

The full body bastard

10 press-ups, 10 squats, 10 sit ups. As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes

 

That's a fairly inclusive body weight workout, and great for someone just starting who either doesn't have time for the gym, or isn't confident just yet.

Give it a go, get a sweat on, and have some fun, with this pretty simple first step in your fitness journey
