UK in lockdown

So it's official guys.

We're in lockdown, and a good thing too.

But that doesn't mean your exercise, fitness and nutrition has to take a back seat.

Sure, you won't be getting way stronger, or put on a fuck tonne of size. But you can still maintain your progress, or at least not lose all your progress.

How?

With pushups, situps and squats?

Hell yes!

Or you can use that kettlebell you bought two years ago that's collecting dust in the shed, try out those resistance bands your wife is always banging on about, or stick on those running shoes that are still in the box because 'you don't need cardio'.

Everyone's got gym equipment that they bought, or were bought, that one time before you realized the gym had it all anyway.


Oh, and don't buy a home body weight workout plan. Why would you pay someone to tell you to do pressups, situps and squats?
