Personal training, it's a strange concept.
You give someone a hand full of cash, they get you to do some exercises, count a few reps, have a bit of a chit chat, and send you on your way? Right?
Well, not really. Personal training, or coaching, is a whole lot more than that.
A PT, or a good PT, should spend time before a workout, get to know you and your goals. Figure out why you've struggled in the past., put time into their workout plans for you, choose exercises (hopefully safe ones) that will help achieve your goals, and sustain that success.
The world is full of ballbag PT's and I don't plan on being one of them
