Gyms not to reopen

From the 4th of July, a whole bunch of things are going to reopen, with a load of limitations in place that i don't really care too much about (I love the fact people aren't aloud close to me. People suck)

One of the few things not to reopen, are going to be the gyms and leisure centers. I've seen a lot of hate about this online, from coaches, pt's, gym owners and the general public, and plenty of people have thrown their metaphorical toys out of the pram.

I can definitely understand this. Gyms are the main source of income for a lot of people, and while some people have been able to adapt to this many haven't, and those are the ones desperate for the gyms to reopen.

But throwing a temper tantrum isn't going to change the rules, and even though its hard, we have to try to do our best to continue working without the gyms.

See, our job is now even harder than before. There are now all these new challenges thrown into the mix. Restaurants, cafe's and pubs are now open and potential pot holes to client progress, so instead of complaining that the gyms aren't reopening, start to think about how to incorporate these new obstacles into clients plans while maintaining the progress they've made during lockdown, and preparing them for when the gyms finally do open.
